Japan, A winter tale

Publication : Voyageons Autrement & TV5 Monde

Travelling in January to Hokkaïdo, the northernmost island of the Japanese archipelago, amounts to navigating through a sea of snow for the great pleasure of powder lovers... An exceptional quality of snow, maybe without equivalent on our planet... We first went to discover the smoky slopes of volcano Asahidake. Now is the turn of the forests of Tokachi peak to unveil us their mystery and great beauty. Beyond the incredible and sometimes surreal skiing, it is a completely fascinating atmosphere and culture that we experience during this trip to the Land of the Rising Sun.
